Lineage Logistics

B&B recently had the pleasure of working with a first time client at Lineage Logistics in Arlington,Tn.  Located on Jetway Drive, Lineage works directly with Rich Products.  Lineage partners with Rich Products to offer a cold chain solution,not only to food companies, but also retail, agriculture and distribution companies as well.  By creating this dynamic duo, they are able to offer; manufacturing, storage, distribution, and transportation services all in Photo Jul 24, 9 39 57 AMone place.

The office area of Lineage Logistics consisted of a reception desk, 4 cubicles, 2 private offices, a break room, and a coat closet.  B & B went work relocating the receptionist window and creating a new welcoming front offiPhoto Jul 24, 9 40 43 AMce for greeting guests. The break room became another office, while the coat closet became the new refreshment area. In addition, a conference room was constructed where cubicles had once been. After this, vinyl tile was replaced with a beautiful new wood floor, creating a  visually more spacious and modern look for the tenant.  Photo Apr 06, 10 38 36 AM

At B&B, we believe that every company should strive for an office environment that employees can be proud of. Manager Mike Catalano said, “B&B made this a great experience throughout the project.  The supervisor was great, and the results are exactly what we were looking for.”

Here at B&B, we have also been “Out and About”  showing support for community events in the construction industry. Some activities include; volunteering at the Colliers Golf Tournament, attending the AIA Spring Mixer hosted by A2H, attending the Memphis Chamber Manufacturing Council, and going behind the scenes at the Memphis Zoo with the IFMA group. We have enPhoto Apr 13, 11 26 40 AMjoyed being a part of all of these activities this month, and look forward to continued involvement. 

Beginning this week, we are partnering with Bayer PropertiePhoto Apr 12, 2 17 30 PMs to revitalize the Germantown Collection Shopping Center at Poplar and Exeter.  We will keep you posted!!
